New Features
- Extraction of first level shareholders from Structure Chart
There is a new panel under beneficial owners (In the structure chart tab) that shows the name, Class of Shares and Percentage Holding related to the 1st level shareholders, allowing the extraction in one click. This will only show 1st level of shareholding. - This data can then be easily exported to Excel.
- Decimal Shares added
This feature allows Shares to be displayed as a decimal and opposed to a percentage, this is useful for things such as Unit Trust holdings for Funds.
InScope-AML will automatically adjust the remaining shareholding (unallocated) and automatically convert decimals to percentage holding.
