Changes to Reports
The following changes have been made to the Reports functionality for Main Dashboard, Clients by Related Countries, Clients/UBOs/Stakeholders by Custom Fields:
- Including Occasional Transactions in Active/Terminated Columns: The reports on these dashboards contain five columns – active relationships, new relationships, terminated relationships, occasional transactions and all relationships. Active relationships and terminated relationships used to only contain data related to business relationships and did not include occasional transactions. In this version, we have added an option under Report Parameters to allow you to change this behaviour and include occasional transactions in the Active/Terminated statistics columns.
- Legend: Information around what each column in the report represents is provided at the top of the screen.
- Export: Report data can now be exported to Excel by clicking on the button at the top right of each report.
- New Report: Nationality of PEP Clients & UBOs: We have added a report that provides statistics around the nationality of PEP clients and UBOs.
- New Report: Residence of Natural Persons (Clients & UBOs): Prior to this version, InScope-AML offered a separate reports showing the countries of residence of clients and the countries of residence of UBOs. We have added a third report that combines the two to show the residence of all natural persons who are either clients or UBOs.
- New Report: Risk Assessments as per Reporting Period End Date: Prior to this version, the Main Dashboard included a report showing a breakdown of clients by their latest risk classifications. We have added another report that shows the same data but based on risk assessments that with an assessment date before the end of the reporting period. For example, if you are issuing a report with end date of 31-DEC-2021, the Risk Classification (latest) report will consider the latest risk assessment carried out on the entities, including risk assessments carried out during 2022. On the other hand, the Risk Classification (as at 31/12/2021) report will only take into account risk assessments that have an assessment date before the end of 2021.
- Removed Percentages: We have removed percentages for individual countries within jurisdiction breakdown reports.
- Renamed Reports: Reports related to country of residence / registration have been renamed to “Residence/Registration Country” so as to make it clear what data the report displays.
- Complex Structures Changes: This report contains a row for entities owned by companies registered in countries found on the EU Non-Cooperative Tax Jurisdiction list. This has been modified to refer to the list as at end of 2021 such that throughout the year.
- Renamed Reports: Reports related to country of residence / registration have been renamed to “Residence/Registration Country” so as to make it clear what data the report displays.
Support Nominees Holding Shares on Behalf of Other Nominees
When building structure charts, InScope-AML allows you to create structures that include shares held by a nominee on behalf of another individual or company. This feature has been extended to also support creating structures where the shares held by a nominee are held on behalf of a nominee that is holding them on behalf of another individual or company.
Inverted Structure Chart
We have added an option to allow users to invert the structure chart such that the client is shown at the bottom and the UBOs are shown at the top. This option can be switched on via the button highlighted in the screenshot below. Once you invert a structure chart, all structure charts are shown inverted until you click the button again to show the structure charts with the client on top.
